That just screams early 60 Chrysler Co, but I’m damned if I can come up with a specific model.

I think you’ve got it, though I’d say more late 1960’s. It may also be a vintage bus or COE.
Not a car; and not a Jeep. The FSJ only got turn signals in the grill in the AMC era; when it sported the egg-crate grill.
The Mack is similar; but I don’t think a Mack ever had turn signals in the grille. It’s some sort of industrial product, but I can’t think which.
