Buick Opel or RWD Isuzu I-Mark, maybe? The roofline looks a little off, though. I’m thinking “small 1970s car,” possibly Japanese.

I also think it’s an early T-Car, maybe a 1976-77. A Buick/Opel by Isuzu, or an Opel/Isuzu sold by Buick.
Definitely a coupe, because the sedans had the fixed “sail” glass on the rear door, like many compact sedans. Also, the coupe had very thin C-pillars unlike many compact coupes which were more styled (Datsun, Toyota, Maverick).
’73 Dodge Coronet bi- directional police car. I’ve seen it sitting at that car lot before.
