Mr. Bill got the Avanti right out of the gate–as well he should, being a big fan of Sherwood Egbert’s last-ditch effort to save South Bend. Well done.
Next! Well, it’s very green–maybe even ’70s Green. Can you identify it?
Mustang II ?
1969.5 through about 1972 or ’73 Firebird.
Pontiac with Endura front nose.
I agree with Andre and think it may be a ’70-’72 base Firebird or Esprit. The color doesn’t quite look like the ’73 Slate Green so I’m leaving off 1973.
…which means it’ll end up being a ’73 model….if it even is a Firebird…
While it’s definitely not a Vega (I haven’t peeked, honest!), it does look very “Vega-like.”
I doubt it’s a Vega as well, most likely either the Camaro, or the Firebird, but whichever it is, that paint is definitely cracking and pealing away, that’s for sure, and it’s very green.
That’s a 70’s Changchonching Fried Chicken.
Otherwise, I’ll side with the Firebird guys.
Richarbl, I’d take a GOOD look at photos of the Honda N360, it’s totally different. Honda never used an Endura front clip, which this one obviously is.
A Honda Z360/600 (the 600 nomenclature was used for export models and denoted the displacement of the motor) had a front clip that was eerily similar to the later, and much more civilized first gen Civic,
It’s definitely a horrible colour,it should have been in the recent worst colour article. We had a bathroom suite in the same colour in the 70s
Maybe a ’71 or ’72 GTO?
I was thinking that too, or a 71-72 LeMans Sport with the Endura nose.
