Sorry; it’s a small picture, and maybe not much to go on, but I know it will be recognized all too quickly.
I can’t identify the make or model, but CAN say, with reasonable assurance it’s a dashboard of some sort, and looks to be a metal one.
And I think the silver knob just inside the ride edge of the photo is a radio on/off/volume knob and we just see where a gauge cluster meets the dash itself.

Looks like there’s the ACCY-OFF-ON-START lettering for an early 60’s GM ignition switch near the bottom, but couldn’t read it clearly. The knob doesn’t look Chevy enough. I’m thinking more high-end. Is this an early 60’s Caddy?
Yup, as others have said – A Chevy II dash. Knowing a bit about the year differences, I’ll guess it’s a 1964, Nova version.
Chevy II, but you all beat me to it. I always kind of liked the scalloped inset on that dash.
YES I once disassembled and refinished the dash on a ’64 Nova. NO I cannot remember enough of the details to call this one as a certainty (wasn’t there a ribbed aluminum panel behind the radio knobs in the cutout?).

Looks like the dash of either 1962 or 3 Buick Skylark or Olds F-85 and I’m guessing it’s the lighter. Both Olds and Buick had a stand-up cluster dash which that looks like to the left. At some point in my youth I was in a car like this, because I remember that dash
64 impala. Or maybe a caprice or biscayne.
