Dang, too late again! It’s a VW Karmann-Ghia.
I’m going to offer a twist, and say Type 34 Karmann Ghia.

As soon as I loaded the website, I thought Karmann Ghia! I went to college driving a pampas yellow 70 model with the single port 1600 and the black leatherette upholstery, it’s my favorite sports car! Most people who saw it thought it was a Porsche. I’d just smile and say it was designed by Dr. Porche and styled in Italy.
Yet there’s something that doesn’t seem right about the hood corners-Maybe just the angle of the shot.
