A VW Bug, about 1965 …wild guess
Hmmmm…1964ish Tbird convertible??
I’m going to have to go with a 1960’s VW bug, as they were the only car I knew of at the time that had an inside liner on the convertible top – that people could actually afford and wasn’t a Rolls..

That’s a 1961 Ambassador 400. It’s the first AMC convertible since 1955. It was offered with the company’s first and only V10, whose aluminum heads were as infamous as the car’s “European” front styling. However, the inside liners were painstakingly installed by native maidens (18+, of course).
