Well, it definitely looks ’70s.
Some sort of fiberglass Fred Flintstonemobile.
I thought that too, like it was either a fiberglass VW kit car or an art car of some kind with a hand-built fiberglass body or add-on. (It is a Paul posting, so likely from Eugene, so possibly something oddball.)
Looks like a vinyltop of a 70s Lincoln.

The CC Clue is an extreme close up? Pretty unfair practice, eh? I doubt anyone ever looked that close at that merc cougars vinyl roof window. We could be informed of the extreme close ups in the future eh?
