I think we are looking at the right rear fender of a 63 Corvette. The silvery blob on the lower right side of the picture is probably the door handle. At the top of the picture we see an indentation that was behind the door on the B (or C?) pillar. The door also shows up in front of the indentation.

The uneven panel finish points to it being fibreglass and cheaply made so Chev Corvette which model no idea.
