Richard Bennett struck once again with his correct identification of the 1989 Riviera. Congratulations to you, sir!
Yes, it’s another seafoam green CC, but it’s not an MG this time. What do you make of this one?
Volvo 140 series sedan. Judging by the color, it’s from the early 1970s.
yup, but i’m guessing that it’s a fancy color that was only available as a 164.
Nothing else left to guess, but I’ll throw in for a 244 GL in light green metallic (my wife had an 82 when we first met, followed by an 84 760 GLE Turbo, followed by a 98 Acura 3.2TL).
I’m getting a serious 244 vibe off of it…but then again, I’m never correct. 🙂
I’m not getting Volvo vibes at all. I’m seeing a Hillman Minx Series III.
I drive 3a Minx I see Volvo though way too late
rear window, volvo 240
Rear window, vents underneath, and ridge in trunk line. 164 and 244 are so similar in those regards.
Actually, that’s a 1969 Volva sedan. CC would do well to document the little-told story of the Swedish automaker’s brief — and legally problematic — foray into gender-focused products.
April Fool’s Day isn’t until Sunday. 😉
I agree. Definitely a 142/144 or 242/244.
