I was thinking it looks like a painted grille from a 30s/40s car. Maybe a Pontiac? But I can’t see any slots for the air, so who knows!
1950s International
I think Pontiac is indeed correct, ’30’s or early ’40’s, but it’s not a grille. It’s a styling concept mockup for side body cladding, that had to be shelved for 60 years because injection molded urethane wasn’t developed yet.
