Tom Klockau was right there on the ’61 Plymouth. Perhaps he was picking up extraterrestrial radio transmissions? Well, they won’t help here, so lets all have another go at it.

These are starting to remind me of the college Art History exams where we’d see a slide of a tiny detail of a painting and have to write an essay about the entire work.
Wild guess…1967 VW Beetle.
VW Beetle was the first thought that popped in my head too.
Well, I did get the 1967 piece right (that yellow paint looks like a ’67-’68 color).
