The way you word the clue, I immediately think 1970-71 Dodge Challenger S/E.

My Brougham Spotters guide tells me that’s an Elk grain…..Cadillac used Elk fairly regularly….hmmmm, quite a C pillar you got there. I’m going to go with 1971-1976 Cadillac Brougham, maybe even a d’Elegance.
Could it be a Fleetwood Talisman? We need to do a Fleetwood Talisman on CC. I’ve never seen one in the metal.
I remember seeing one of those weird-looking things when it was new. Attention-getting, but not in a good way….
