Looks like a 1975 or so Dodge Colt, though I must confess I see what looks like a ‘Colt’ script on the front fender.

I used to see something rather similar in my old haunts in NE Ohio. They were mostly pickup trucks, when the factory bed rusted away, many folks would weld some angle iron together and install a wooden floor. Most often these had stake sides, and later folks were adding their own tool box behind the cab along with the stake sides. Here in W Michigan, there was a guy with a mid 80’s Cutlass Ciera wagon who removed the roof behind the front seat to make a pickup out of it. I called it El Cieramino, but nobody in family got the joke. It eventually sprouted a regular pickup truck cap lashed on to the ‘bed’ area.
I haven’t seen it in a couple of years now, and I don’t know what became of the car/truck or it’s owner. Should have gotten pix while I could have…
