What If: 1958 Lincoln Premiere Pickup – The Pinkwood

We haven’t checked in with casey/artandcolour for a while. Although he’s posted a number of new chops, this one caught my eye, what with all our recent talk about pickups and “utes”. Casey points out that thanks to the coupe’s rear window design, Lincoln could have created a vehicle that offered the world’s first extended cab plus plenty of room for hauling…but then, in 1958, just what would folks haul in a Lincoln Ranchero? Water skis? Well, whatever. Anyway, it sure is fun to imagine tooling around in one.
