   I’d bet it is somewhere in Eastern Europe.
   In Poland they used to build these things as Polski Fiat.
   Fantastically popular among local, well, populace.
   Naturally, it had a nickname – Maliuha, meaning something like “cute small thingy”. A endless bunch of jokes followed as well. Cannot recall any of them, unfortunately, as I am not a Pole.
