Looks like a hearse conversion vinyl roof, but with Pontiac Parisienne sedan tail lights. Baffling.
They did make a Parisienne based hearse for few years in the 80’s, it was the last Pontiac chassised hearse as far as I know.

I’m gonna say a caprice classic funeral car. I’m probably wrong but that is my guess.
Not a Grand Marquis/Colony Park, that gas door is far too close to the taillamp. I would say without a doubt it’s a Pontiac Parisienne hearse.
Definitely a B-body hearse
