Nobody got the ’59 Dodge exactly, but jim gets an honorable mention for “A ’57-’59 Chrysler product six-window sedan”. I’m not sure there was anything in the picture to have made it possible to distinguish which one.

For some reason that strikes me as a white-painted 1950’s truck grille.
Looks like fibreglass to me. Maybe a kit car beach buggy thing?
I reckon its a miserable little hatchback, like a Pinto or Dodge Shadow.
