I agree with Carmine–my folks’ 1964 Super 88 had the door handle, but not the high, plush carpeting, nor the broadcloth-looking upholstery. Also looks like a hardtop pillar. So Cadillac makes sense.
The door handles of many GM cars were like that as late as 1967 but I don’t think post-1960 cars had that chrome trim around the ashtray.

That’s a 60’s GM upper line door handle, I’m almost 99% sure. Cadillac, a cheapie 1960 Series 62.

It is a Cadillac. The thin pleats of the cloth seem early 60’s. I do not recognize the chrome on the center pillar, so this could be just another WAG.

Well the general era can come right from the fact that there is obviously an ashtray for nearly every occupant of this car. 😉
gonna call it a 1965 or 66 Cadillac Calais 4-door hardtop – Yeah, its the renamed for ’65 Series 62. It looks a few years newer than a 1960 to me…
I think the Calais had a full armrests, even in the back, by 1965.

Definate GM product, we had that style of door handle on Holdens from 1963.
I’ve always liked the concept- much more stylish than an exposed handle.
