After the Brougham 4th of July Weekend, I thought I’d throw a curve ball at Curbside Classic readers.
Hard to tell on the iPhone but definitely late 60s German sedan. MB 220 SE?
I’m thinking it could be something from the decade of the 1940s but that’s just a stab in the dark.
Looks to be a late-40’s/early-50’s pickup of unknown origin.
That looks like a warp around side window to me, so my guess is a ’58 Apache.
Yeah, that definitely changes me answer. I’m going with 53 Fordor. GM had similiar windows on their sedans in 53-54 but they usually had some sort of chrome or stainless steel wrapping the C-pillar. The 53-54 Dodge/Plymouth had a more sharply pointed rear quarter window.
I couldnt place the fin withe window surround till I clicked on today and it was obvious good one
