1992 Nissan Leopard J Ferie fitted with the uber-rare JDM-only “Super-Happy Poke Yer Eye Out Grand-Master Deluxe Taillight” option. Failing that, it could be a ’63 Caddie, but I’m leaning towards the ol’ Lep J. 😉
My first thought was 1958 Buick, but googling reveals that neither the ’58 nor the ’56 had taillights like this. In fact, it’s almost certainly not from the ’50s at all. I think the guesses of Kennedy-era Cadillac are correct, but I wouldn’t try to narrow it down to one particular year.
Then again, since the CC Clue sprung that Armstrong Siddeley Star Sapphire on us a couple of weeks ago, we can’t rule out the possibility that this is some esoteric model from some obscure marque that nobody but the CC Illuminati and professional automotive historians has ever heard of.
Yeah, oddly enough I thought “58 Buick” when I first saw it, but a quick google search blew that idea away. The skinny fin and the fact that the part of the rear bumper you can see doesn’t quite make a right angle with the fin pointed me toward the 63 Caddy.

Ayup, 63-64 Caddie…though, it might just be the camera angle, but it looks like the tailfins extend beyond the rear bumper.
I believe it to be a ’63 because the tail fin is a little taller on the 1963 than the 1964.
