According to the Chevy’s Dutch registration, it’s powered by a 4.8 liter six-cylinder. So the Turbo-Thrift 292 it is, now bi-fuel (gasoline or LPG).
After converting kgs into lbs, the truck’s factory GVWR turned out to be 16,000 lbs. Yeah, that’s the C50 alright.
Its wheelbase is 133 inch, the shortest available. I wonder what type of body it had prior to the Fleetside XXL conversion. A very accurately done job though!

A C50 (2 ton) with a bed is an odd duck. It does look like it may have been done when new but if so it was done at a dealer or upfitter as from the factory, I don’t think that was an option on a medium duty until Ford starting doing F-450’s that way some time in the last 20 years.
It’s a later conversion. This was not offered at the time.
Even as a Ford lover, I have to admit ,THAT, is one handsome truck. The perfect vehicle for the grown up Tonka lovin’ kid!
