Well, if I tell you what we’re celebrating, it would be a give-away hint. Maybe it already is. And BTW, it’s not a Celebrity. One thing we can also celebrate is the Clue for the Edsel; it generated no less than 18 guesses, and very thoughtful ones indeed. Do some of you have sore spots from all the head scratching? And although I assume he meant a different sort of Ranger, I have to give roger628 the win, because technically he nailed it with this guess: It’s a Ranger with a Turbo 2.3 dropped in. Well, we could quibble about the lack of a brand, but hey, we’re celebrating. Congratulations.

My grandmother had one of these, A-body Buick Century.
Some sort of Buick, obviously. I’m going to buck the trend and say it’s a Regal — the Century grilles were all chrome (I think?), and this looks to be black plastic.
I side with A-Body Century, circa 1990. The ones with the 3.3 litre V-6 were actually pretty cool.
Interesting, the Century. Was thrown off by Paul’s post, figuring if its a non-Celebrity celebratory car, then maybe it is one of the last of the 88 Holiday Coupes. But not with that black plastic, slightly curved grille it’s not.
So I’ll just go along with you guys then. Mob rules.
