Yes, it’s small, but distinctive. So I’m sure this one will get guessed; probably sooner than later. That was not the case with both the VW Quantum and Toyota FJ55 Clues. So sorry.

’63 Dodge.
1963 Mercury Meteor
It does look like a 63 Meteor,but I don’t think they were sold in the USA,
Wow, I can’t decide. I guess a 1960 Dodge Dart or early 1960s Toyota Crown.
I agree with the Professor. My dad bought a new Meteor in ’63 with a 260 cu in V-8 and a two-speed(!) automatic. Kept it for 9 years. It had dark blue metallic paint that was quite nice when new but turned purple with age. Yes, Mikey, this was in the USA. I think the Canadians kept the name a few more years. I look forward to reading why it qualifies as a turkey.
In Canada the Meteor was a brand and when the US got the Meteor as a mid size Canada did too and the Meteor brand was put on hiatus in Canada until the mid size Merc was discontinued. At the end it became the low end Mercury model.

I’m sayin’ it’s a 1962 Mercury Meteor. The ’63 didn’t quite jibe…and what’s this car doing being featured on Turkey week? Okay, they weren’t outstanding cars, but they were much more interesting than, say, the full-size ’62 Mercurys.
Turkeys aren’t just bad cars; it can be a whole,range of other factors that made them unsuccessful.
