I was actually quite shocked to see a Lada on this site )) A Canadian export Lada Niva pickup, surely NOT a common sight here in Russia… but VAZ door handles and fuel tank hatch gave it away real soon.
Gosh, my Dad tought me to drive in a white 2-door Lada Niva, still remember it for horrible noise and the habit of jumping on each road hump…
weird VW ute? maybe from somewhere in the southern hemisphere (NZ, Aus, S. America)
Definetley a Lada Niva Ute (pickup) built here in Australia we also did a convertible to Mmmmmmmmm ;o)
Well the ’70s Fiat doorhandles led me me to guess Lada or Fiat, but clearly the posters above are closer to ACTUALLY knowing what it is.
Converted to a pick-up in Halifax, Nova Scotia Lada Niva with taillights from Chevrolet.
Whatever it is, it looks like fun.
