This is tough. The color is very ’65 ’66 Cadillac. It sort of works body wise. I agree with Calibrick on the possibility of Pontiac. Almost has to be from the General.

It looks FoMoCo to me maybe 70ish Thunderbird or maybe a Montego.
I also got a late 60s-early 70s Cadillac vibe but looking at the picture, there’s chrome again right after the chrome on the “fender” lip towards the bottom so I’m not even sure this is a fender.
The GM buses have been covered to great length before but that’s the vibe I’m getting.
So I’m gonna go with a GM new look bus!
The way I see it, this is the area by the door. The main chrome would be the window frame and the other smaller chrome the door frame. We mostly see the roof on this shot.
