1957 Plymouth Fury
Ford Consul
Ford UK Zephyr or Zodiac. 1950s.
+1 🙂 Ford Zephyr 6 mark 1. Consuls had a vertical slatted grill.
I’m gonna say ’62 Pontiac Tempest.
Ford Zephyr
Austin A60 Cambridge.
Late ’50s English Ford. Sorry, probably not specific enough.
It’s an English Ford Zephyr alright, around 1952. I think one of these cars won the Monte Carlo Rally around that time, which was a very big deal.
Happy thanksgiving, by the way.

I second the ’62 Tempest.
Darn, too late, definitely a Mk 1 Ford Zephyr. I reckon it’s a 1953 model.
Zephyr 6 mk 1 1950 to 1956.
I think Alistair nailed it.
Nope, that’s definitely a 1961 Rambler Ambassador with air conditioning, power windows and the split-bench front seats with built-in electric back massagers (“Magic Fingers”). The American Mercedes indeed.
Ford Zephyr Six Mark I. My father had one, bought it new in 1956, Want to see pictures? Dawid Botha, Stellenbosch South Africa dcbotha@adept.co.za
