The Cluers have been on a hot streak. JavelinJohn got another win-on-one, and that’s like the second car in a row. Must make it harder…
It says Oldsmobile to me, but I’m also picking up some kind of 1970’s Japanese vibe.
1975-77ish Toyota Corona
I’ll second that.
I agree Toyota Corona. I think those tailights are unique to the ’78.
That’s how Toyota dealt with annual model changes… they’d change the grille and tailights every year. It gave the impression of a company that didn’t know its identity. One year a mesh grille and horizontal tailights, the next a vertical bar grille and toaster tailights, then a couple of horizontal grille bars and red/amber tailights… etc.
Something from British Leyland.
I’m getting a BL vibe from it too… it looks vaguely Triumph but memory can’t pin it to anything more specific, so possibly a red herring
I’m going with a Pinto Wagon….
