I think it is a 74-78 AMC Matador Coupe.
I don’t think that Matadors had pop out windows, they had roll down rear windows.
I’m going with the AMC Hornet Hatchback.
My first thought was something Japanese from the 70s, maybe a Mazda RX4 coupe. But I concur with the AMC Hornet.
