I’m probably way off track, but I’m gonna say it’s an air-conditioning inlet on a 1954-56 Caddie – one of those old-school 50s a/c inlets mounted behind the rear window to feed a trunk-mounted a/c system. If I had to pick a year I’d say 1956.
