The Eagle Vision went quickly: Philip Lane nailed it on the first guess. It’s challenging to know when a Clue is too easy or too hard. I’m guessing this one’s too easy too. Which may explain why I’m putting it up at this hour; sorry.

300D or at last a W123 chassis
Just to be different, I’ll say circa 1975 240D.
That’s a mercedes headrest for sure, I’d say it’s a W123 too. The lack of vent windows in the front side windows seem to rule out W114/115, though later model of the W114/5 has no vent windows too so it could well be that.
Headrests scream Mercedes. When? I have no idea. I’m trying to decide which particular MB Paul is itching to do a CC on.
