I’m going to go out on a limb and guess that it is a hatchback, but I could be wrong…

GrangeRover may be correct, but this roofline does look like an ’81-’82 Toyota Corolla coupe . . . that’s my answer and I’m sticking to it. If it IS a Corolla coupe early 80’s and was sold new in Hawaii then (SERVCO Pacific) it would’ve had the little “Quaker State” rustproofing sticker – with copious amounts of gooey, tan solution. A must – with that vintage Japanese sheet metal in that era in the Aloha State. Everyone else (besides SERVCO, which besides the exclusive Toyota rights in Hawaii also sold Suzukis and two dealers sold Chevies), then used Ziebart. Both applications would dry out in 3-4 years. Then would come the Swiss cheese holes in rooflines, C-pillars and trunk lid seams.
I’m thinking along the same lines as Hank.
I’ll go with a J body Buick Skyhawk hatchback just because I haven’t seen one in a while.

Depends whether that piece of glass were rear windows or front windshield. If it’s the front, the only car with windshield that flat is a Lotus Esprit.
I’m thinking J-Car hatchback. He does tend to do these cars in bunches.
Annnd I just read the Lotus entry and had to edit this. So much for that theory.
