Fall is advancing, but seasons aren’t the only things changing around here at Curbside Classic. Some of our current COALers are nearing the end of their runs, which means it’s time to go hunting for new ones once more. Got car stories to share with the CC audience? Your first car, family cars, memorable purchases, breakdowns, road trips, or that old clunker you just couldn’t part with? We’d like to hear from you.
Our COAL (Cars Of A Lifetime) series has been a CC institution for years, sharing readers’ automotive lives one car at a time. You don’t need an exotic collection or any writing experience, just a willingness to tell the stories behind the cars that have been part of your life. Even the most ordinary cars can inspire fascinating memories, and your stories will become part of CC’s automotive history.
So, if interested, email [email protected] with a list of the cars you’d like to write about and, if possible, a draft of your first story. Not ready for a full COAL series? We’re always looking for contributors with automotive experiences, knowledge, or other stories to share.
